Platform & Content
Acceptable Use Policy

In plain words
Little Lobos Academy exists for one purpose: helping children learn, with a caring adult alongside them. Use it for that.
Do not use the platform to harm anyone, to break the law, to upload harmful content, or to try to break the platform itself.
Accounts that put children or families at risk can be suspended or closed.
Use it for learning, with supervision
The platform is for families, homeschool students, educators, and therapists. Children use it only under adult supervision.
Keep your account to your own family or the learners in your care. Do not share your login credentials with people outside that circle.
What you upload
Uploads (like receipts and curriculum documents) should be materials you have the right to use, uploaded for the organizational and learning tools they belong to.
Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful to children, or that contains another person's private information without their permission.
Do not misuse the platform
Do not attempt to access other families' data, probe or bypass security controls, or interfere with the service's operation.
Do not use automated tools to scrape the platform or overload it, and do not misrepresent who you are when creating an account.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at contact@cyberwolfai.com so we can fix it — we appreciate responsible reports.
ESA tools: use them honestly
Our ESA features help you organize purchases, receipts, and justification drafts. Use them to reflect real purchases and honest justifications.
The platform never determines ESA eligibility — final reimbursement decisions are made by the Arizona Department of Education. Do not represent the platform's outputs as official determinations.
Enforcement (framework — pending legal review)pending legal review
We may warn, suspend, or close accounts that violate this policy, with the specific enforcement and appeal procedures to be finalized under attorney review before public launch.
Our guiding rule until then: anything that endangers children, other families' data, or the platform's integrity is grounds for immediate action.
