Account Deletion

In plain words

You can leave whenever you want, and your family's data leaves with you. A parent can request deletion of the family account, and we remove the account and its data.

Only parents can do this — children cannot delete (or create) accounts, by design.

This is a pre-launch framework; the self-service deletion flow will be in place when public family accounts launch.

Who can request deletion

The parent who owns the account is the one who can delete it. This matches how the whole platform works: parents create and manage all accounts and student profiles.

If you have lost access to your account email, contact us at contact@cyberwolfai.com and we will work with you to verify ownership first.

How to request deletion

Today, during the private pre-launch phase, email contact@cyberwolfai.com from your account email and ask us to delete your account.

When public accounts launch, we plan to offer a self-service deletion option in account settings, alongside the email route.

What gets deleted

Deletion covers your parent account (including your email), all student profiles and first names, learning progress and attempts, and documents you uploaded.

Before you delete, download anything you want to keep — especially receipts and curriculum files you may need for ESA records. Deletion is meant to be permanent.

Deleting one student, not everything

You can also remove a single student profile without closing the whole account. That student's progress records are removed while the rest of the family account stays intact.

Timing and technical notespending legal review

Deletion from live systems happens promptly after your request is verified. Short-lived infrastructure backups may hold copies briefly before cycling out, as described in our Data Retention Policy.

If law requires us to keep specific records (for example, billing records once subscriptions exist), we keep only what is required, only as long as required.
