California Privacy Notice
CyberWolfAI LLC · Version 0.9 (pre-launch draft) · Last updated 2026-07-28
In plain words
California has strong privacy laws (often called the CCPA and CPRA) that give residents rights over their personal information.
This page is informational. Whether these laws formally apply to CyberWolfAI LLC — a small company in a pre-launch phase — is still being determined with legal counsel.
Either way, our practices already point the same direction: we collect little, we sell nothing, and parents control their family's data.
What California law generally covers
California privacy law generally gives residents the right to know what personal information a business collects, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
It applies to businesses above certain size and revenue thresholds, or those trading heavily in personal data. This is a plain-language description of the law, not legal advice.
What we collect, in California terms
Identifiers: a parent's email and student first names. Activity data: learning progress and attempts. User-provided content: uploaded receipts and curriculum documents. Generated content: cached audio narration.
We do not collect precise location, biometric data, or browsing history across other sites.
Sale and sharing: we do neither
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no ads and no third-party ad trackers on the platform.
Because we do not sell or share data, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Deletion and access
Parents can already request deletion of their family account and its data — see our Account Deletion page. Parents can also see their family's stored information within the platform.
These abilities exist for every family, not only California residents.
Children's information
California law is especially protective of minors' data. Our design aligns with that spirit: children never create accounts, and all children's data (first names and learning progress) is created and controlled by a parent.
We describe here what the platform does; we do not claim certification or verified compliance with any children's privacy statute.
Formal rights procedures — pending legal reviewpending legal review
If California law is determined to apply, we will publish formal procedures for exercising rights: how to submit a verified request, response timelines, appeal steps, and authorized-agent requests.
Until counsel completes that review, this notice is an informational framework. You can always reach us at contact@cyberwolfai.com with any privacy request, and we will respond in good faith.
