Uploading a curriculum, workbook page, or receipt to Little Lobos Academy does not change who owns it. Curricula and books remain the property of their publishers and authors.
We store parent-uploaded documents privately, for your own family's use — organizing your homeschool records, not republishing anyone's work.
Other people's work stays theirs
Published curricula, books, and teaching materials are protected by copyright, and uploading them here does not transfer any rights to you or to us.
The platform never shares one family's uploaded documents with other families, and never publishes them publicly. Your uploads are visible only to your own account, protected by role-based access controls.
What you may upload
Upload documents you own or have a genuine right to keep for your family's records — receipts, curricula you purchased, your child's own work, and materials your license or fair use allows you to keep copies of.
Please do not upload material you know you have no right to possess. If a rights holder tells us something was uploaded improperly, we will review it and may remove it.
How planned AI features treat your uploads
A planned feature will analyze curricula you upload to help build interactive lessons for your own child. That analysis stays inside your family's account.
It does not turn your uploaded curriculum into content for other users, and it does not give us ownership of the material. The publisher's rights are unchanged.
Your child's work belongs to your family
Anything your child creates on the platform, and any family documents you upload, remain yours. We claim no ownership over your family's content.
We store it only to run the service for you, under the practices described in our privacy documents.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe material on the platform infringes your copyright, email contact@cyberwolfai.com with enough detail for us to find and evaluate it.
Formal infringement-notice procedures are described in our DMCA Policy, which is currently a framework pending attorney review.
