The DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) is a U.S. law that gives copyright owners a formal way to ask platforms to remove infringing material, and gives uploaders a formal way to respond.
This document is a framework. Our formal DMCA agent designation is pending, so for now, copyright concerns should simply be emailed to contact@cyberwolfai.com.
Why DMCA matters less here than on most platforms
Little Lobos Academy has no public content feed. Parent-uploaded documents are stored privately for each family's own use and are never shown to other users.
That makes public infringement unlikely — but we still take copyright seriously and will maintain a real notice process.
How to report suspected infringement today
Until formal procedures are finalized, email contact@cyberwolfai.com. Describe the work you believe is infringed, where you believe it appears on the platform, and how we can reach you.
We will acknowledge your message, review the material, and respond. We may remove or disable access to material while we review.
Framework: formal notice and takedown — pending attorney reviewpending legal review
This section is a labeled framework. Before public launch, an attorney will finalize our formal notice requirements, counter-notice process, and repeat-infringer policy.
The finalized process will follow the DMCA's structure: a proper written notice from the rights holder, prompt review and removal where warranted, notification to the uploader, and a counter-notice path.

The DMCA asks platforms to register a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Our agent designation is pending and has not yet been registered.
Once registered, the agent's name and contact details will be published here. Until then, contact@cyberwolfai.com is the right address for all copyright matters.
No false claims, in either direction
The DMCA has penalties for knowingly false infringement claims and knowingly false counter-notices. Please only use these processes honestly.
