Its ESA features are organizational tools only — they help you track and document, but they never decide anything. Final reimbursement decisions are made by the Arizona Department of Education.

Not a school or accredited program

Little Lobos Academy does not enroll students, award grades or credits, or issue diplomas or certificates.

It is a set of learning activities and tools that families, homeschool students, educators, and therapists can use alongside the education they already provide.

Adults lead; the platform supports

The platform does not replace parents, educators, or therapists — it is designed to be used with them, and children use it only under parent supervision.

Decisions about a child's education, therapy, or development belong to the adults who know that child. Nothing on this platform is professional educational, medical, or therapeutic advice.

ESA tools are organizational only

The platform provides organizational ESA tools only: purchase tracking, receipt storage, and drafts of justification language. That is the full extent of what they do.

These tools never determine ESA eligibility, and using them does not mean an expense qualifies or will be approved.

The Arizona Department of Education decides

Final reimbursement decisions are made by the Arizona Department of Education, not by Little Lobos Academy or CyberWolfAI LLC.

Always follow the Department's official rules and guidance, and contact the Department directly with questions about your ESA account or a specific expense.

Learning results vary

Every child learns differently. We build activities to be calm, failure-free, and flexibly paced, but we cannot promise any particular educational outcome.

Progress shown on the platform reflects activity within the platform — it is information for you, not an official assessment of your child.
