Is my child talking to an AI?
No. There is no open-ended chatbot on Little Lobos Academy.
AI works behind the scenes: it gives lessons a narrated character voice today, and in a planned feature it will help turn curriculum you upload into interactive lessons. Children use the platform only under your supervision.
Can my child create an account or change settings?
No. Parents create and manage all accounts and student profiles.
Children never create accounts, never change settings, and never see billing or purchase screens.
What data do you collect about my child?
Very little: your child's first name and their learning progress and attempts. The parent account holds your email, any documents you upload (like receipts or curriculum), and cached narration audio.
There are no ads, no third-party ad trackers, and we never sell data.
Is the platform safe for sensitive or easily overwhelmed kids?
It is designed with them in mind. Activities are failure-free with no time pressure, pacing is flexible, and calm mode plus reduced motion settings soften the experience further.
Nothing on the platform punishes a wrong answer or rushes a child.
Will the ESA tools get my expenses approved?
No tool can promise that. Our ESA features are organizational only — purchase tracking, receipt storage, and justification drafts.
They never determine eligibility. Final reimbursement decisions are made by the Arizona Department of Education, so always follow the Department's official guidance.
Is Little Lobos Academy a school?
No. It does not enroll students, give grades or credits, or replace parents, educators, or therapists.
It is a supplemental tool that supports the learning you already lead.
Can the AI narration or AI-built lessons be wrong?
Yes, sometimes. Narration can mispronounce a word, and AI analysis of uploaded curriculum (when that feature launches) can misread source material.
We ask adults to review AI-assisted content and report anything off to contact@cyberwolfai.com.
What does the platform cost?
Little Lobos Academy is currently a private single-family deployment. Public family accounts, billing, and subscriptions are planned.
Pricing and billing documents will be published before those features launch, and children will never see billing screens.
How do I get my family's data removed?
Email contact@cyberwolfai.com from your parent account email and ask. We will confirm what we hold — parent email, student first names, progress, uploads, and cached audio — and remove it.
Formal data-rights procedures are being finalized with legal review before public launch.
