In plain words

You are in charge. You create the account, you create each student profile, and you decide what the platform stores about your family.

You can see, correct, download, or delete your family's data at any time. Email contact@cyberwolfai.com and a person will help — no forms, no runaround.

Nothing about your child happens on this platform without you: no accounts, no purchases, no settings changes, no data sharing.

Your right to control accounts and profiles

Only adults create accounts. You choose what first name appears on each student profile — a nickname is perfectly fine.

You manage all settings, including accessibility preferences like calm mode and reduced motion. Children cannot change settings or see billing screens.

Your right to see and correct your data

You can ask us what data is tied to your account: your email, student first names, learning progress, uploaded documents, and cached narration audio.

If something is wrong — a misspelled name, an upload you want removed — tell us and we will fix or remove it.

Your right to delete

You can delete an individual student profile, individual uploads, or your entire account. Email contact@cyberwolfai.com to request deletion.

When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your family's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your role in learning

The platform is a tool for you, not a substitute for you. Children use it under your supervision, and AI features supplement your teaching rather than replace it.

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. You always have the final say over what your child learns and how.

ESA families

If you use Arizona's ESA program, our tools help you stay organized: purchase tracking, receipt storage, and justification drafts.

These are organizational aids only. The platform never determines ESA eligibility — final reimbursement decisions are made by the Arizona Department of Education.

Some privacy laws (such as the CCPA and GDPR) define formal procedures for rights requests, identity verification, and response deadlines. Those formal procedures require attorney review before public launch.
