Privacy & Data

Privacy Policy

CyberWolfAI LLC · Version 0.9 (pre-launch draft) · Last updated 2026-07-28

In plain words

We collect only what the platform needs to work: a parent's email, students' first names, learning progress, documents you choose to upload, and a cache of audio narration.

We show no ads, we sell no data, and we use no third-party ad trackers. Data travels over encrypted connections and is protected by role-based access controls.

Parents stay in control. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your family's data at any time by emailing contact@cyberwolfai.com.

What we collect

Parent account: your email address, used for login and important notices.

Student profiles: a first name and learning progress — which activities were tried, and how practice is going. This helps the platform meet each child where they are.

Uploads you choose to make: documents like receipts and curriculum files, used for the organizational tools you use them with. We also cache generated audio narration so lessons load faster.

What we do not collect

We do not collect children's last names, birthdates, addresses, or contact information. Children never create accounts and never enter personal information themselves.

We do not run ads, do not sell or rent data to anyone, and do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use only essential session cookies (to keep you logged in) and on-device storage for preferences like calm mode. There are no optional or marketing cookies today.

How your data is stored and protected

The platform runs on cloud infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase). All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

Access to data is limited by role-based access controls, including row-level security, so each family's data stays with that family.

No system is perfectly secure, but we design with a simple rule: collect little, protect it well, and keep parents in control.

How AI features use data

We use AI to narrate lessons in a character voice (through ElevenLabs) and, in a planned feature, to analyze curricula you upload so we can build interactive lessons from them.

Lesson text sent for narration is instructional content, not your child's personal information. Generated audio is cached so it does not need to be regenerated.

AI supplements — never replaces — the parent or educator. See our AI documentation for more detail.

Your choices and your rightspending legal review

You can ask us to show you the data tied to your account, correct something that is wrong, or delete your family's data. Email contact@cyberwolfai.com and a person will help.

Formal rights-request procedures under laws such as the CCPA and GDPR (framework — pending legal review) will be documented here before public launch, including how we verify requests and our response timelines.

Children's privacy

This platform is built for children to use under parent supervision, so children's privacy is central to its design — not an afterthought.

Our Children's Privacy and COPPA Information pages describe our approach in detail, including what the law covers and what the platform does. Formal legal review of our compliance posture is pending.

Changes to this policy

This is a pre-launch draft (version 0.9) for a platform currently running as a private single-family deployment.

Before public family accounts launch, this policy will be finalized and reviewed. When it changes meaningfully, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
