Refund Policy

CyberWolfAI LLC · Version 0.9 (pre-launch draft) · Last updated 2026-07-28

In plain words

Little Lobos Academy does not sell subscriptions yet. This policy is a framework: it describes how refunds will work when paid plans launch.

Our goal is simple — if the platform is not working for your family, we want the refund process to be fair, fast, and free of fine-print traps.

Nothing in this document takes effect until subscriptions are actually available. We will update it, with a new date and version, before launch.

When this policy takes effect

Right now the platform runs as a private, single-family deployment. There are no charges, so there is nothing to refund.

This policy becomes active on the day public subscriptions launch. Until then, treat it as a preview of our intentions.

Our planned approach to refunds

We plan to offer a straightforward refund window for new subscriptions, so parents can try the platform with their child and cancel without penalty if it is not a fit.

If a billing mistake happens on our side — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation — we intend to refund it fully.

Exact windows and amounts will be published here before launch, once pricing exists.

How to request a refund

When billing launches, refund requests will go through your parent account or by email to contact@cyberwolfai.com.

You will never need to call a phone line, argue with a chatbot, or hunt for a hidden form. An email from the parent account is enough.

We will confirm receipt of your request and tell you what happens next, including how long the refund should take to reach your payment method.

Children and refunds

Children never see billing screens and cannot make purchases on Little Lobos Academy. All purchasing and refund decisions belong to the parent account.

If a charge ever appears that you did not authorize, contact us and we will investigate it as a billing error, not as a purchase.

Legal framework — pending attorney reviewpending legal review

This section is a labeled framework. Final refund terms, including any limits required by payment processors and consumer-protection rules in your state, must be reviewed by an attorney before subscriptions launch.

Where local law gives you stronger refund rights than this policy, local law wins. We will not use this document to shrink rights the law already gives you.
