Subscription Terms
CyberWolfAI LLC · Version 0.9 (pre-launch draft) · Last updated 2026-07-28
In plain words
There are no paid subscriptions yet — Little Lobos Academy is currently a private, single-family deployment. This document is a framework for how subscriptions will work when they launch.
The short version of our intent: clear pricing, easy cancellation, no surprise renewals, and parents in control of everything.
When these terms take effect
These terms activate on the day public subscriptions become available. Before that day, no one is charged and no subscription exists.
We will update this document with final pricing, plan names, and dates before launch, and the version number will change so you can see it moved past draft.
Who can subscribe
Only parents and guardians (or educators and therapists managing their own accounts) can subscribe. Parents create and manage all accounts and student profiles.
Children never create accounts, never change settings, and never see billing or purchase screens. A child cannot start, change, or cancel a subscription.
Renewals and cancellation
Our plan is that subscriptions renew on a clear schedule you can see in your account, and that cancelling takes about as much effort as subscribing did.
When you cancel, we intend for access to continue through the period you already paid for, with no further charges after that.
We will send renewal reminders where the law or good manners call for them, so a renewal never feels like a surprise.
What happens to your data if you cancel
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your data. Your child's learning progress and your uploaded documents stay in your account under our privacy practices unless you ask us to delete them.
This means a family can pause for a season and come back without losing a child's progress.
Price changes
If prices change after launch, we intend to tell subscribers in advance, in plain language, before any new price applies to them.
You will always have the chance to cancel before a new price takes effect.
Legal framework — pending attorney reviewpending legal review
Final subscription terms — including renewal notice requirements, trial mechanics, and any state-specific auto-renewal rules — must be reviewed by an attorney before launch.
This draft describes our intentions honestly, but it is not the final contract. The reviewed version will replace it before anyone is charged.
