CyberWolfAI LLC · Version 0.9 (pre-launch draft) · Last updated 2026-07-28

In plain words

Little Lobos Academy is a children's learning platform made by CyberWolfAI LLC. Parents create and manage every account, and children use the platform only with a parent or trusted adult nearby.

These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. We wrote them in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at contact@cyberwolfai.com.

Right now the platform runs as a private, single-family deployment. Public family accounts and subscriptions are planned, and parts of these terms are written as a framework that takes effect when those features launch.

Who can use Little Lobos Academy

Accounts are created and managed by adults: parents, guardians, homeschool educators, and therapists. Children never create accounts, never change settings, and never see billing or purchase screens.

By creating an account, you confirm you are an adult with the authority to set up learning profiles for the children in your care.

Children use the platform only under parent or educator supervision. The platform supplements a caring adult — it never replaces one.

Your account and your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account.

You agree to give us accurate information (like your email address) and to use the platform only for its intended purpose: learning with the children in your care.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us right away at contact@cyberwolfai.com.

What we provide

We provide interactive learning activities, read-aloud narration, progress tracking, and organizational tools for families — including tools that help ESA families track purchases and receipts.

AI features (like character-voice narration) supplement your teaching. AI-generated content can contain mistakes and should be reviewed by an adult.

Our ESA tools are organizational only. They never determine ESA eligibility; final reimbursement decisions are made by the Arizona Department of Education.

Billing and subscriptions (planned)

Today there is nothing to buy inside Little Lobos Academy. Public family accounts, billing, and subscriptions are planned for a future launch.

When billing launches, this section will describe prices, renewal terms, and how to cancel — and we will notify account holders before any charges begin.

Children will never see or interact with billing or purchase screens.

Ending or pausing an account

You can stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing contact@cyberwolfai.com.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy — for example, misuse that could harm children or other families.

When an account closes, we delete or de-identify family data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers, liability, and disputes (framework — pending legal review)pending legal review

This section is a framework and requires attorney review before public launch. It will cover warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.

Our intent is simple: we build this platform with care, but like all software it may have bugs or downtime, and educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond software.

Until formal terms are finalized, nothing here should be read as a waiver of rights you hold under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

As the platform grows from a private deployment to a public one, these terms will change. This draft is version 0.9, written before public launch.

When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
